NEW SCHOOLERS Session 1

The New Schoolers!  Now, some of us may only be 4 feet tall but we will be shredding.  We want to develop the skills to show those Old Schoolers that we're hot on their heels.  We can roll our kayaks back upright and we are looking for those big waves.  Eddy turns and ferries will be a main focus along with figuring out how to get through those new rapids.  Our main goal is to be able to run Class II+ and be well on our way to Class III by the end of the Summer.  We'll accept those kayakers that have a fairly consistent roll in the pool and we will expect that you are able to follow directions on the river.  For this group the ages will be from about 11 to 15 but there may be exceptions made for kids who are a bit older or younger.
