SLAVE RIVER ROAD TRIP
We're headed up there again. It's been a few years and it's time to go back and check out the Slave. We will head out August 3rd and drive and drive and drive. 17, or so, hours later we'll get out of the van and hit the Playground for some surfing before we dash through the bugs and head for camp. We should get about 9 days of paddling in at the Slave before we have to get back in the van and drive the long, long 17 hours back to Jasper.
While we are up North we'll get to check out PaddleFEST and see some of the coolest rapids around. Warm water will be a treat and maybe we'll even get there after the bugs have seen their first frost. Either way the paddling will be sick and the experience will be unforgettable!
Included in the package will be transportation, food, camping and entry into PaddleFEST as well as coaching and supervision for the duration of the trip.
The fee for this trip will be $850 and can be paid cash or by cheque made out to 1531768 Alberta Limited.
A minimum of 4 paddlers will be needed to make the trip happen. If there are fewer than 4 as of July 25th the trip will be canceled.
